Good intentions do not go far if there is no action.
I have been meaning to start a blog to keep my distant family aware of our lives and to help me journal the comings, goings and funnies of the Bennion family.
So with no great words of inspriation here goes my first blog.

The other day google posted a quote that said something like "the toothfairy gives kids the idea that it is okay to sale body parts for money." The funny thing was that Miss K had just lost a tooth and was put out that she only got $1 instead of $2. She wanted to bargain with the toothfairy for a higher rate for her precious tooth.
Lately it seems everyday another child comes home with another tooth missing. My children were not blessed with parents who like to pull teeth. We live with the philosophy that the teeth will fall out when they are ready to, if they bother you pull them out yourself. Consequently many other friends and family members have pulled out my childrens teeth. Yes, this is one of many areas that I fail at as a parent.
